- Currently working as CTO, Technical Director at SVT, SVT are the largest broadcaster in Sweden, publicservice. SVT got linear BC as well as online OTT services and a separate News service online. CTO work including distribution and production. A total of 48 managers and 700 employees with a budget responsibility of 100 million EUR. Previously, I was the Head of Production at SVT, a unit with 480 employees spread across Sweden and a turnover of approximately 450 million SEK. I have a strong focus on efficiency and improvements aimed at benefiting all platforms and the digital offering. This is primarily driven by metadata and digital infrastructure. I am motivated by creating the best possible customer value from both an external and internal perspective. This applies to both existing and future platforms. I am also driven by new challenges and have a solution-oriented and innovative approach to tackling them. My leadership is characterized by providing others with direction, responsibility, and clarity. I do this with great commitment and belief in people's abilities and potential. For me, it is important not to lose sight of the long-term and forward-looking perspective. Some projects I have been responsible for and am particularly proud of include the World alpine championship Åre 2019 (world’s largest remote production) World Championships in Falun 2015, Vasaloppet, the FIFA World Cup in Rio 2014, and the Olympics in London 2012. In these projects, I have worked to increase usage, awareness, and efficiency. I have successfully built Europe's most modern OB vans from scratch. I have a genuine interest and knowledge in technology and the ability to innovatively see its possibilities.
